Hi. May I know how much maintenance fee a month is for this condo?

Besides, it seems that the asked price is much higher than the transaction price as listed recently at the property guru. May I know the reason? Does this mean that there is much room for negotiation?

In addition, what percentage of ABSD should I give if I have only a hdb flat in Singapore but have an overseas property? I am a Singapore citizen.

Hi Natasha, in your case, the ABSD payable will be at 7+3= 10%. The seller agent would usually mark up higher than the transacted price as we know that all buyers tend to negotiate. So as per your question, yes there is still room for negotiation. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
